Text Box: On December 13, 2009, The Boca Raton Marriott Hotel was packed with approximately 300 people, waiting in anticipation for the on coming eighth grade models. Everyone there helped donate over $18,000. The money was donated to the Teachers’ and Staff Appreciation Fund.
Before the show started, a 50/50 raffle, a holiday craft sale, and a cookie contest was held. “Our 21st annual fashion show, ‘Peace on Earth’, was a joyous occasion for all that attended. Our teachers, staff, students, and parents are the reason St. Paul Lutheran School is such a treasure. We thank them all so much for their contributions to success of the event,”
Text Box: commented the co–chairwoman, Bonnie, a St. Paul mom, as reported by Sun– Sentinel.
The St. Paul students and teachers modeled clothing designs from Chico’s, Tennis Anyone, Joseph A. Banks, The Chuckle Patch, Boca Surf and Sail, Sugar Plum Fairy, Prep Connection, and many others.
Along with the fashion show, St. Paul hosts many other fundraisers, including the Auction/Gala event at the Renaissance Hotel on February 7, and the 5k walk/run at St. Paul School on February 7, as well.
