Going to Seacamp

Seacamp an exciting adventure where you can swim with sharks, have fun during night wades, and participate at workshops.

The seventh  grade class is  learning about  animals in science class to prepare us for seacamp. Ariana  says, “ I am not looking forward to  dissecting a squid.” But Blake says, “I'm ecstatic about Seacamp and I can’t wait to go!” We leave for Seacamp April  22 and return on the 24.

Sea camp is located in the Florida Keys on Big Pine Key, at Newfound Harbor  The cost of the whole cost of the trip is $550.00 per student.  Despite the cost and long bus ride, my the class is very excited.

There are two new kids that arrived this year in the seventh  grade. Their names are Ximena, and Ryan. We luckily got to speak to the two of them. Ximena  says, “I like it here a lot.  The environment is a lot better than my other school, but the homework is a little difficult.”

Ryan says , “ I came to St. Paul  because there was to much trouble at Boca Middle ,but the work is harder. My favorite aspect of this school is the recess!”

St. Paul  is very happy to have both of these students at our school!

  Eighth  grade fashion show rocked!

The eighth grade fashion show was held at the Marriott hotel in Boca Raton, Florida. We went and talked to Mrs. Wegener and she  says “ I  really enjoyed seeing all the eighth graders dressed up in formal attire, they looked beautiful.” The audience really enjoyed the ending routine where they all put on sunglasses and jammed to the  music.

Seventh graders are also looking forward to the fashion show next year, especially the girls.
